What happens when the woman who leads everything at work comes home — and still has to lead everything there too?
She doesn't get to clock out. She doesn't get to put her ambition down at the door. And she rarely gets credit for either role — because we've normalized her doing it all.
But here's what I know after hundreds of conversations with Women of Color who are doing exactly this: the ones who sustain it aren't the ones doing more. They're the ones who stopped treating their life like two separate jobs and started designing it like one intentional vision.
Leading at work and showing up at home isn't a balancing act. It's a design. And the women who do it well aren't superhuman — they're intentional.
